Delivery Options

Free UK standard delivery on full price orders over £150.

We offer a range of UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery - £3
Free on full price orders over £150.
Usually arrives in 3-4 working days.
Delivered by Royal Mail with online tracking.

Express Delivery - £6
Usually arrives in 1-2 working days.
Delivered by Evri with online tracking.

Before 8pm Next Working Day Delivery - £8
Guaranteed delivery on the next working day before 8pm.
Delivered by DHL with online tracking.
Option (after despatch) to change delivery day, redirect to a neighbour or collect from one of 3,500 DHL ServicePoints.

Before 12pm Next Working Day Delivery - £14
Guaranteed delivery on the next working day before midday.
Delivered by DHL with online tracking.
Option (after despatch) to change delivery day, redirect to a neighbour or collect from one of 3,500 DHL ServicePoints.

PLEASE NOTE: Next Working Day services require orders to be placed before 2pm on a working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend will be delivered within 2 working days. 

Delivery Information

Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm.
Express deliveries are made by Evri between 8am and 8pm.
Next Working Day deliveries are made by DHL between 9am and 8pm.

Deliveries made by DHL will require a signature. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign or choose to collect from one of 3,500 DHL ServicePoints across the UK. There are some postcodes where Next Working Day deliveries are not available.

Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.

During sale periods we receive a high volume of orders which may impact our usual timings for Standard Delivery. We apologise if any inconvenience is caused.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.

All New Makers products are supplied as made to order. The product delivery times will be shown against individual items. There will be no added delivery cost for the product. The order processing will be carried out by TOAST and the product will be supplied to you directly from the Maker.

TOAST cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
